Mr. Stein is a business and real estate attorney and practices law in the areas of real estate, financings, workouts and modifications, business transactions and entity formation, structuring and strategic planning. Mr. Stein graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law (www.law.arizona.edu) and has been practicing law in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area since 2003.
