We work with borrower principals, real estate agents and brokers and out of state legal counsel to prepare attorney opinion letters in all commercial real estate transactions, including those opinions in which we advise a client on legal matters from start to finish or for out-of-state attorneys or clients whose real estate transaction requires representation in Arizona.
Stein Law has extensive experience representing apartment buyers, sellers and developers in national multifamily transactions, including contract negotiation, due diligence, financing with agency and non-agency lenders, management and operational issues.
As needed, Stein Law associates with other leading attorneys in their fields of expertise to ensure that our clients are never left alone as matters arise outside our areas of practice. Part of our role as counsel is to make sure that our clients have experienced representation – even when it comes from other firms and professionals.
